Sometimes I prepare and eat a super healthy vegetarian meal and love it so much that I wonder why I don’t eat like this all the time. This was such a dish.
Supporting players in this delicious improvised bowl of goodnes: golden raisins, grated parmesan, lemon juice and zest, honey, toasted slivered almonds and plenty of salt and pepper. Lots of textures and contrasting flavors. Perfection.
