Peggy Olson, former secretary/creative underling/protege to Draper and Pete Campbell, former account underling/current partner to Draper have in their own way become something of Don Draper horcruxes. I’m not saying to kill Peggy and Pete would bring you one step closer to killing Don (but there’s some Fan Fiction in there somewhere).
The Two Dons by Jordan Rabinowitz
“Each is under the illusion they are on their way towards Donphoria (could Trudi’s dismissal of Pete and their marriage as he knew it push him even closer to Don-like happiness?), but the joke — the long-con — is squarely on them: There is no happiness in being Don Draper.”
First of all, let me say that you, the fans of Boy Meets World, have been awesome. That word is often used incorrectly by people, including myself, on a daily basis but you have truly been awe inspiring. You, yes, even YOU, are the reason that Girl Meets World WILL BE MADE. J
Working from home for a week post-Sandy led me to find that Boy Meets World is airing on weekday afternoons. It was really a great show and holds up quite well. Really excited to see how this reboot goes.
